Common questions

What counts as an item?
Any output you submit to POST /api/queue counts as one item — whether it gets auto-approved, manually reviewed, or rejected. Duplicate submissions using the same idempotency key are not double-counted.
What happens when I hit 1,000 items?
The API returns HTTP 429 with a clear error message. Your pipeline can catch that and queue the work locally until the next calendar month (UTC). The limit resets on the 1st of every month.
When will paid plans launch?
We're building the billing and higher-limit tiers now. Sign up below and you'll be the first to know — including an early-access window before public launch.
Is there a limit on team members or API keys?
No. Invite as many reviewers as your org needs, create as many API keys as your pipelines require. The only metered resource in beta is items submitted to the queue.
Are my items and webhooks secure?
Yes. Every webhook delivery is HMAC-SHA256 signed with your key's secret. Multi-tenant data is isolated at the Row Level Security layer in Postgres — your org's data is never accessible to other orgs.
